• Meet the definition of a technology-based company
• Be a for-profit entity as a corporation, partnership or sole proprietorship, or non-profit provider of essential services
• Demonstrate a need for SDTBC services
• Have a completed business plan
• Have potential for growth or provide services deemed essential

Client Admission Process

• Meet and review admissions requirements and process
• Complete and submit application and business plan
• Staff evaluates application and business plan
• Admissions committee interview and presentation
• Negotiate lease and service agreement
